• Any product that has been installed, used, or altered

6.3 Return Process

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely repackage item with all original components

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
